Originally from Newcastle Upon Tyne in the Northeast of England, Mark developed a passion for sports fitness and strength training from a young age which led him to delve into the fitness industry in 2006 where he was exposed to training professional rugby and football players.

Soon thereafter, a passion for continued education developed which led to multiple qualifications and internships with the Poliquin Group, Dr Eric Serrano, and his current mentor to the day, Eoin Lacey.

Upon relocating to London in 2011, Mark has been helping peak performing executives improve their workplace performance, fitness and stress management. By using education, individual coaching, exercise, nutrition and mindset tools, Mark has been able to assist corporate executives improve their health, wellbeing and work-life balance.

Since 2015, Mark has developed his own successful educational courses for fitness professionals and has traveled extensively delivering these seminars to hundreds of attendees around the world. In addition, Mark regularly runs his own corporate health and wellness retreats in Portugal, with a focus on building muscle, fat loss and fitness development as well as stress management tools and recovery strategies to optimize longevity.

Mark’s passion and specialty continues to be fitness based, specifically conditioning.  Having coached multiple clients to the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, and Hyrox Championships.

Mark regularly competes in worldwide fitness events both solo and with current clients, building a strong community fellowship and maintaining a competitive drive and fitness targets.

Mark splits his time between London and Sydney with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
