A: You’ll definitely want to bring a notebook or iPad to take notes for the weekend. Much of each day will be educational and theory-based, but you’ll want to be ready to work hard in the gym. Feel free to bring water, snacks or whatever else you need to stay sharp.
This program is designed to shred fat and build muscle, in a short space of time using the
principles of high intensity training. Each muscle group will be trained twice a week, with
a strong focus on recovery. ANYONE can complete this program, whether experienced
gym goer or complete newbie.

A: We’ve got you covered. As we get closer to the event, we’ll send you two great food options to pre-order so you don’t have to worry about finding somewhere on your own. We have very high standards and only recommend places we have tried and tested.
