q: How long is the coaching?

A: Your coach will sequentially walk you through 3 very distinct phases of progress. Each one building on the one before. Your coach is there to make sure you’re doing everything necessary to complete that phase and progress onto the next phase.

Q: Is there a payment plan?

A: We never want finances to get in the way of your success. Most of my clients pay in full and take advantage of the amazing stack of valuable bonuses. But yes, we do offer a monthly payment plan for anyone that chooses that on the page.

q: “I know I tend to make excuses, I need accountability. Why is this program different?”

A: We have a trademark weekly accountability program that not only skyrockets success, but also massively increases self-confidence over time. Your coach will work with you to establish exactly how to succeed during this 12 week coaching.

q: “I’m not you, Ben, will I be able to get the same results?”

A: First, you’re capable of SO much more than you think. Our process is designed to get the best results for YOU. We work within your goals, timeline, and genetics to create the best body for you, and show you how to stack results over time, rather than getting in decent shape once and then struggling to keep them for life.

Q: “I already work 70 hours a week, I won’t have time. How much time will it take?”

A: MI coaching is about maximizing your time and effectiveness by making the most of what you’re already doing, and showing you how not to waste time on things that don’t matter. We recommend committing 60 minutes a day in the beginning to optimize results and some people can only make time for 3-4 days per week and they still get exceptional results.

Q: “I’m already a coach, will this be valuable for me?”

A: The best coaches have coaches. We coach the coaches. Coaches from all around the world come to us to learn our processes: How to get results, How to change beliefs and behaviors. How to keep clients effective and accountable to getting maximize results.
