This job is FULL TIME, and will require 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week (Monday – Saturdays).
You must have availability from 8 AM – 8 PM EST. (Our entire team takes Sunday off as a non-negotiable). EST is the time zone that we are in but it’s ok if that’s not your time zone so that we can reach International clients.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You MUST be able to commit full time, 40 hours/week MINIMUM. In most companies, 40 hours/week is the standard. On my team – that is the bare MINIMUM.. not because we ask but because our coaches demand excellence of themselves
You must undergo an intensive 4-week training process with our Director of Outreach
You will be responsible for daily REPORTING on multiple communication channels (slack, Trello, text message, spreadsheets, etc.), so a HIGH attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential. About 30 – 40 minutes of reporting work /day
You will have weekly team meetings on Monday, regular check-ins every other day, and Friday performance evaluations on a regular basis.

The reality is that this section will most likely disqualify or turn away 90% of those who read it, which is intentional. This position is not for the average person who is looking to clock in and clock out, grab a paycheck and call it a day.

One final note: I (Ben Pakulski) hold a VERY high standard for myteam. I believe in our ability to get results for anyone with a goal who is committed to achieving that result. For that reason, I take an obsessive interest in training my team,, and guaranteeing they have everything they need to be the BEST in the industry. I would give you the shirt off my back if it meant you had what you needed. However, if results begin to suffer, or trust is lost, we will be quick to replace you.
While I am kind and understanding, I also have dedicated my life and career to building this brand around integrity and growth so anything less than high performance will not be tolerated. I can be intense. I can be direct. I will push you to your limit. If you are turned off by intensity or working under pressure, this is not the role for you.
