Your responsibilities as the Functional Medicine Practitioner are:

  • Create plans. and protocols for clients who want to lose weight, add muscle or achieve other performance-related goals

  • Create written medical plans to share with elite coaching clients

  • Degree in Functional Medicine is required

Key Responsibilities

Organization

Content Editing & Publishing

This job is FULL TIME, and will require 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week (Monday – Saturdays).

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You MUST be able to commit full time, 40 hours/week MINIMUM. In most companies, 40 hours/week is the standard. On my team – that is the bare MINIMUM.. not because we ask but because our coaches demand excellence of themselves

  • You must undergo an intensive 4-week training process with our Director of Outreach

  • You will be responsible for daily REPORTING on multiple communication channels (slack, Trello, text message, spreadsheets, etc.), so a HIGH attention to detail and compliance with standard operating procedures is essential. About 30 – 40 minutes of reporting work /day

  • You will have weekly team meetings on Monday, regular check-ins every other day, and Friday performance evaluations on a regular basis.

Muscle Intelligence is looking for a Rock Star to fill the role of Marketing Integrator. The Marketing Integrator will work directly side by side with the Marketing Director, implementing and executing the marketing strategy. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media, copywriting and graphic design. The perfect applicant should already be well versed in marketing tactics and is excited to be mentored by our Marketing Director to learn and implement high level marketing strategies to grow our client base and brand.


Muscle Intelligence has been growing rapidly and is constantly evolving our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will ask questions and seek clarity to what success looks like for each of their projects and then independently manage their time and schedule to ensure all projects are completed, in priority, to the required standard of performance. Being organized, detail oriented, strong at multitasking and a world class communicator will guarantee success in this role.

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to help us with organizing, running and supervising all project activities. We expect you to be highly organized, able to lead the team, proficient with PM software and working in teams, and have at least 3-5 years of experience, substantiated by references.


You also should have an analytical mindset and be a strategic thinker. You should be able to think quickly, remain cool under pressure, learn on the job, take the initiative when needed and break down a larger vision into small, manageable tasks for our team members. You are able to wear many hats when needed and know when appropriate to dive in to solve problems. We would like you to be skilled in keeping the project under budget and within the time constraints given.

Experience in online business, funnel creation and marketing is a huge advantage. A positive attitude with a “I-can-figure-it-out” mindset is a MUST and an interest in health and fitness is a benefit. If you love efficiency, good communication and solid systems, this position was designed for you.

We are asking for 25-30 hours per week to start, with the opportunity and incentives to build from there. You will be working directly with the global Muscle Intelligence coaches and executive team, so flexibility on scheduling is important.

Your responsibilities as the Project Coordinator include:

 

  • Manage partner relationships to ensure seamless flow of productivity

  • Liaise between management and communicate project status adequately to all participants

  • Coordinate activities, resources and information

  • Interact with team members and partners to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

  • Oversee the progress in meeting clients’ needs as the project evolves

  • Participate in preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget

  • Fix any issues arising in the project and track project’s progress

  • Monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend with the help of project management tools

  • Prepare reports on project status and present them to management

  • Manage comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Project Coordinator requirements are:

 

  • 5+ years’ experience of working on a Project Coordinator position in a related field

  • Significant experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects

  • Good practical experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools

  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, with close attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills

  • BS or BA degree in a related field would be nice, but not required if experience is substantial.
